GUIDELINES

All auditions are prerecorded unless otherwise indicated by PRIOR authorization and appointment.
Angelo State Auditions on January 18th will be in person. Please enter ANGELO2024 when requested below to indicate this location. NO VIDEO LINKS ARE REQUIRED for in-person auditions.
Video links must be uploaded to YouTube.
No WeTransfer links are accepted.
Images and documents should be in a shareable folder that allows anyone with the link to access files (dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
Having all application materials as well as the method of payment ready before beginning the application is recommended (the application will not save any partial entries nor allow applicants to return to a previously started application in progress).

All recordings and materials should be current and no more than 12 months old.
Applications must be complete to be reviewed, including a nonrefundable $75 USD processing fee. (Applications being sponsored by a university will be required to enter the university code as one of the supplemental materials.)
All YAP applications not granted entry to the Full scholarship program will automatically be considered for the Emerging Artist Program and partial scholarship awards.
All financial aid awards are merit-based; no additional scholarship applications are required or considered.
