GUIDELINES

• All auditions are prerecorded

• Video links must be uploaded to YouTube

• No WeTransfer links are accepted

• Images and documents should be in a shareable folder that allows anyone with the link to access files (dropbox, google drive, etc)

• Having all application materials as well as the method of payment ready prior to beginning the application is recommended (the application will not save any partial entries nor allow applicants to return to a previously started application in progress)

• All recordings and materials should be current and no more than 12 months old

• Applications must be complete in order to be reviewed including nonrefundable processing fees

• All YAP applications not granted entry to the full scholarship program will automatically be considered for the Emerging Artist Program and partial scholarship awards

• All financial aid awards are merit-based, no additional scholarship applications are required
